Are children allowed/welcomed?
All humans are welcome at RADFAF. However, the Radical Faeries are a group of sex-positive queers, and artist submissions have not been censored. Parental and viewer discretion is strongly advised.

Are dogs allowed?
The festival will be taking place on the 6th floor in an enclosed space, and may include a high volume of people. For everyone's safety and comfort, we ask that you leave all pets at home. Service animals are always welcomed.

Is the area/building/parking safe?
The neighborhood is Old Town and has a higher percentage of vacant lots and buildings and some unhoused people. We consider it a safe neighborhood. The building is a locked concierge building. The parking next door will have supervision on site from 8:30-11:30PM Wed-Sun.

Can I still join some part of RADFAF?
BEYOND RADFAF a display of visual art is open for submissions until May 13th. Sign up here. The Saturday Bazaar is also open for artists’ participation until May 13th. Sign up here.

Does it cost money?
RADFAF is free entry. Workshops are free or by donation with no one turned away for lack of funds. Performances are free, with a passing the hat donations accepted.

Can I buy art and/or crafts there?
Yes! Art is for sale at the Exhibition Gallery, the Art Shop, and the Saturday morning/Afternoon Bazaar.

What mass transit will take me there?
The Falcon Building has 5 bus lines that stop directly in front of the entrance, and is one block away from a MAX line stop.

If I ride my bike, is there secure storage?
There is a bike corral available in the basement of the Falcon Building. While the corral itself is not secured, the building is. Cyclists must provide their own locks.

Is there going to be a dance?
Yes, a tea dance is schedule for Sunday as part of our festival closing 5:00-7:00PM

Will alcohol be available?
RADFAF will not be providing or serving alcohol. However, folks are encouraged to bring refreshments that they would like or share - including alcohol. The entire event is BYOB.

Can "non-Faeries" come to this?
Of course! The festival is open to all people open to celebrating Radical Faeries and the art they produce. Please note that some of that art is adult themed, so parental discretion is advised.

Is the location accessible to differently abled bodies?
There is a wheel chair lift for five stairs from street level to lobby level. Then several full size ADA elevators take one to the festival space all on one level floor with two ADA restrooms.

What food options are nearby?
There are many food options in nearby Pearl neighborhood and downtown.

Is there wifi available?
Yes.

Are any events likely to fill up?
Yes, we anticipate some events, such as evening Performances and Opening Night Reception to hit capacity. If you really want to a seat, plan on arriving 30 minutes early.
